貴社將於11月3日舉行盛會慶祝第62屆創社之誌，實在可喜可賀！這個重要時刻標誌着台北東區扶輪社和九龍東區扶輪社之姊妹社結盟邁進笫49年，本人懷着特別興奮心情送上熱烈祝賀，深信社慶活動將會圓滿成功！敝社代表團屆時會出席盛會，與一眾新知舊雨聚首，見證這可貴的里程碑！
我們兩社能夠建立這麼長久的結盟友誼，來之不易，實在要感謝前輩們的努力！多年以來，雙方不時為多項目社區服務合作或互相支援，社友層面又經常創造互動及交流，包括高爾夫球和文娛活動，保持親切兄弟之誼，充分實踐扶輪「團結行善」精神，造福更廣更闊的社群！。
敬祝貴社持續弘揚扶輪、社務興隆，諸位好友、家眷等心想事成、鴻運當頭、身體安康！
Dear President Brianlay
It is truly joyous and deserving of hearty congratulations that your Club will be holding a grand celebration on November 3rd to mark its 62nd Anniversary! This important moment also signifies the 49th year of the sister club alliance between the Rotary Club of Taipei East and the Rotary Club of Kowloon East. I send my warmest congratulations with special excitement and am deeply confident that the Anniversary celebration will be a complete success! Our delegation will be present at the event to reunite with friends old and new and witness this precious milestone!
The establishment of such a long-standing friendship and alliance between our two clubs has not been easy, and we must truly thank the efforts of our predecessors! Over the years, both parties have frequently collaborated or mutually supported various community service projects. Our members have also often created interaction and exchange, including golf and recreational activities, maintaining a close brotherhood and fully implementing the Rotary spirit of "Unite to Do Good," benefiting wider and broader communities!
I wish your Club continued promotion of Rotary, thriving club affairs, and all friends and families success in all endeavors, good fortune, and good health!

貴クラブが11月3日に第62回創立を祝う盛大な式典を開催されることは、大変喜ばしく、心よりお祝い申し上げます！この重要な節目は、台北東区ロータリークラブと九龍東区ロータリークラブの姉妹クラブ提携が49年目を迎えることを示しており、私自身も特別な喜びをもって心からの祝辞を送り、社慶の活動が円満に成功することを確信しております！当クラブの代表団も当日式典に出席し、新旧の友人たちと集い、この貴重な節目に立ち会わせていただきます！
私たち両クラブがこれほど長い友好提携を築けたことは、容易なことではなく、ひとえに先輩方の努力に感謝しなければなりません！長年にわたり、双方は多岐にわたる地域奉仕プロジェクトで協力し、あるいは相互に支援し合い、また、会員レベルでもゴルフや文化娯楽活動を含む交流を頻繁に行い、親密な兄弟の誼を保ち、「団結して善行を」というロータリーの精神を十分に実践し、より広く社会に貢献しています！。
貴クラブが引き続きロータリーの精神を広め、クラブの事業が隆盛し、ご列席の皆様、ご家族の皆様が心願成就し、幸運に恵まれ、ご健康であることを心よりお祈り申し上げます！
