親愛的台北東扶輪社社長黎行春先生、全體社員與家人，以及今日蒞臨會場的各位嘉賓，謹此誠摯祝賀貴社成立 62 週年。
此次承蒙邀請出席貴社的 62 週年創社紀念例會，謹代表東京江戶川扶輪社全體社員，致上最誠摯的祝賀與感謝。
自 1970 年 11 月 2 日締結姊妹社以來，雙方長年持續著友好且建設性的交流，這都是兩社前輩們努力耕耘的成果。今年正好是兩社交流的第 55 年，我們懷著對這段歷史的敬意，祈願今後雙方的情誼更加深厚。
今年 9 月，在日本舉辦的「2025 海之森龍舟公開賽」中，承蒙貴社龍舟衛星社吳主席與社員們、以及黎社長率領的 43 位貴賓蒞日參與，我們得以協助龍舟賽事，這對我們而言是開啟更進一步友誼的契機。
兩社及兩國之間的深厚情誼，可追溯至早年「春日石燈籠」的贈送，更令人難忘的是 2011 年東日本大地震期間，貴國給予的援助。以國家人均捐款金額計算，台灣居世界第一，總額達 293 億日圓，此外還對「扶輪希望之風獎學金」捐助約 1 億 3 千萬日圓。包括本社在內的日本扶輪社員，對此恩情永銘於心。
今年度我們社員與家人再次參加此次紀念例會，深深感謝貴社的熱情款待與深厚友情。願兩社之間的交流持續不斷，共同為世界創造更美好的未來。
最後，謹祝傳統悠久的台北東扶輪社蒸蒸日上，社員及家人健康幸福，並祝在座各位貴賓萬事如意。祝賀貴社成立 62 週年！誠摯感謝！謝謝！
Dear President Brianlay, all members and families of the Rotary Club of Taipei East, and all distinguished guests present today, I sincerely congratulate your club on its 62nd Anniversary.
Having been invited to attend your club's 62nd Charter Anniversary Meeting, I extend the most sincere congratulations and gratitude on behalf of all members of the Rotary Club of Tokyo Edogawa, Japan.
Since the establishment of our sister club relationship on November 2, 1970, both clubs have maintained a friendly and constructive exchange for many years. This is the result of the hard work and cultivation by the predecessors of both clubs. This year marks the 55th anniversary of our exchange, and with reverence for this history, we pray for an even deeper friendship in the future.
This September, in the "2025 Umi-no-Mori Dragon Boat Open" held in Japan, we were honored by the participation of the Chairman and members of your club's Dragon Boat Satellite Club, and 43 esteemed guests led by President Lay. Our assistance with the Dragon Boat Race provided an opportunity for us to further deepen our friendship.
The profound friendship between our two clubs and two countries dates back to the early gift of the "Kasuga Stone Lantern," and even more unforgettable is the assistance provided by your country during the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011. Based on the per capita donation amount, Taiwan ranked first in the world, with a total amount reaching 29.3 billion Japanese Yen, in addition to contributing about 130 million Japanese Yen to the "Rotary Hope Scholarship." Rotarians in Japan, including our club, will forever be grateful for this kindness.
This year, our members and families once again participated in this Charter Anniversary Meeting, and we are deeply grateful for your warm hospitality and profound friendship. May the exchange between our two clubs continue uninterrupted, as we work together to create a better future for the world.
Finally, I wish the long-established Rotary Club of Taipei East continued prosperity, health and happiness to all members and their families, and success in all endeavors for all distinguished guests present. Congratulations on your 62nd Anniversary! My sincere thanks! Thank you!

（こんにちは！ 私は久保 克と申します）
親愛なる台北東区ロータリークラブ 黎 行春（レイ ヘイチュウ）Brianlay(ブライアンレイ)会長を始めとする会員とご家族の皆様、またここにお集まりの全ての皆様、創立６２周年を迎えられましたこと心からお祝い申し上げます。
貴クラブとは１９７０年１１月２日に姉妹クラブの締結をして以来、友好的かつ建設的な交流が継続できていることは、両クラブの先輩達が築き上げてきた努力の賜物です。今年でその交流も５５年目になります。その歴史の重みを感じながら、今後も更なる深い絆が出来るように祈念しております。
本年9月には、日本で開催された「ドラゴンボート海の森オープン２０２５」に貴クラブの龍舟衛星社の呉議長と会員の皆さん、そして貴クラブ黎会長と会員の皆さん、総勢43名のご来日を頂き、ドラゴンボート競技のお手伝いをさせて頂けた事は、私達にとって更なる友好の始まりとなりました。
両クラブと両国との深い友情は、古くは「春日灯籠（かすがとうろう）」の贈呈をはじめ、最も記憶に刻まれいることは、2011年の東日本大震災の時のご支援のことです。国として一人当たりの寄付金額では世界1位となる293億円、さらにロータリー希望の風奨学金には約1億3000万円の多額の寄付を賜わりました。当クラブを始め日本のロータリアンたちはこのことを決して忘れることはありません。
さて、今年度も当クラブの会員と家族でこの記念例会に参加させて頂きました。貴クラブの心のこもったおもてなしと友情に深く感謝申し上げます。今後も両クラブ間の交流を継続しこの世界がより良い未来を築けるように祈念しております。
結びになりますが、伝統ある台北東区ロータリークラブの益々のご発展と会員並びにご家族様、そして本日ご参加の皆様のご多幸、ご健勝を祈念し、私からのお祝いの挨拶とさせていただきます。
