我代表八尾扶輪社全體社員，謹向貴社各位社友致以最誠摯的祝賀，並對貴社各位社友這62年來為扶輪社事業所付出的奉獻和貢獻致以最深切的敬意。
我，小谷逸朗，今年被任命為八尾扶輪社第65任社長，期待與各位社員共事,請多多指教。
自1970年2月23日貴台北東區扶輪社與我們八尾扶輪社結為姊妹社以來，我們建立了55年的友好關係。我們衷心感謝雙方前輩的一切努力，使雙方關係發展至今。我們也衷心感謝各位社友與八尾扶輪社長期以來的友誼。
今天，值此貴社成立62週年之際，我謹代表八尾扶輪社對貴社致以最誠摯的祝賀，並祝福台北東區扶輪社和八尾扶輪社繼續蓬勃發展。
Hello everyone! Congratulations on the 62nd Anniversary of the Rotary Club of Taipei East.
On behalf of all members of the Rotary Club of Yao, I extend our most sincere congratulations to all Rotarians of your club and express our deepest respect for the dedication and contribution your members have made to the cause of Rotary over these 62 years.
I, Itsuro Odani, have been appointed as the 65th President of the Rotary Club of Yao this year, and I look forward to working with all members. Thank you for your guidance.
Since February 23, 1970, when the Rotary Club of Taipei East and our Rotary Club of Yao became sister clubs, we have established a friendly relationship spanning 55 years. We sincerely thank the efforts of our predecessors on both sides, which have allowed this relationship to develop until today. We also sincerely thank all your members for the long-standing friendship with the Rotary Club of Yao.
Today, on the occasion of your club's 62nd Anniversary, on behalf of the Rotary Club of Yao, I extend our most sincere congratulations to your club and wish the Rotary Club of Taipei East and the Rotary Club of Yao continued flourishing development.

台北東ロータリークラブ様の創立６２周年誠におめでとうございます。
八尾ロータリークラブの会員一同、心よりお喜びを申し上げますとともに、６２年の長きにわたりロータリー活動に熱心に取り組んでこられましたご功績に対し、深く敬意を表します。
私は本年度八尾ロータリークラブ６５代会長を拝命いたしました、小谷 逸朗（おだに いつろう）です。どうぞよろしくお願いします。
さて台北東ロータリークラブ様と八尾ロータリークラブが１９７０年２月２３日に姉妹クラブとして締結して以来、長きにわたり良いお付き合いをさせていただき５５年の歳月が流れました。双方の先人の方々のご努力により現在まで良好な関係を築いていただいたことを深く感謝いたします。
また私たち八尾ロータリークラブに対する長年の友情に改めて心より感謝申し上げます。
貴クラブの創立６２周年のお祝いと、また台北東ロータリークラブ様と八尾ロータリークラブがともに益々ご発展されんことを祈念しまして本日のお祝いの言葉とさせていただきます。
