為改善泰北偏鄉學子的生活環境，台北東區扶輪社長期關注清邁地區華人學校的教育與生活需求。2025年9月，社長 Brian Lay 率領社友及十一個友社代表，前往泰北清邁省，為【一新中學】與【華興中學】舉行直飲濾水站落成典禮。
此次捐贈的濾水系統每日可提供一萬公升乾淨飲用水，維護簡便，效期長達十年。設立這些濾水站的動機在於保障學生的飲水安全，改善學校生活環境，並透過實際行動提升教育品質與健康福祉。多年來，台北東區扶輪社持續關懷泰北地區，從物資捐助、醫療支援到淨水計畫，秉持「以行動服務人群」的精神，讓愛如清泉般滋養偏鄉學子的希望，也傳遞國際扶輪關懷全球社區的理念。
To improve the living environment of students in remote areas of Northern Thailand, the Rotary Club of Taipei East has long focused on the educational and living needs of Chinese schools in the Chiang Mai region. In September 2025, President Brian Lay led club members and representatives from eleven sister clubs to Chiang Mai Province, Northern Thailand, to hold the inauguration ceremony for direct-drinking water filtration stations at [Yixin Middle School] and [Huaxing Middle School].
The donated water filtration system can provide 10,000 liters of clean drinking water daily, is easy to maintain, and has a lifespan of up to ten years. The motivation for establishing these filtration stations is to ensure the safety of students' drinking water, improve the school living environment, and enhance educational quality and health welfare through tangible action. Over the years, the Rotary Club of Taipei East has continuously cared for the Northern Thailand region, from material donations and medical support to water purification projects, upholding the spirit of "Service Above Self" and letting love, like a clear spring, nourish the hopes of remote-area students and convey Rotary International's ideal of caring for global communities.
タイ北部僻地の学童の生活環境を改善するため、台北東区ロータリークラブは長年にわたりチェンマイ地区の人学校の教育と生活ニーズに注目してきました。2025年9月、ブライアン・レイ会長は会員と11の姉妹クラブの代表を率いて、タイ北部チェンマイ県を訪れ、【一新中学】と【興中学】のために直飲み濾過水ステーションの落成式を執り行いました。
今回寄贈された濾過水システムは、毎日1万リットルの清潔な飲料水を提供でき、メンテナンスが容易で、耐用年数は10年間に及びます。これらの濾過水ステーションを設置する動機は、生徒の飲用水の安全を確保し、学校の生活環境を改善し、実際の行動を通じて教育の質と健康福祉を向上させることです。長年にわたり、台北東区ロータリークラブは、物資の寄付、医療支援から浄水計画に至るまで、タイ北部地域への関心を継続し、「超我の奉仕」の精神を堅持し、愛を清らかな泉のように僻地の学童の希望に注ぎ、国際ロータリーのグローバルコミュニティへの関心の理念を伝えています。
