本計劃為台北市東區扶輪社與香港九龍東區扶輪社共同執行的一項全球扶輪獎助金服務計劃，推廣海洋科學教育與環境保護意識。計劃委託「台灣海洋科學教育推廣協會」協助學校教師進行專業知識培育，並設計與落實相關課程，讓學生學習海洋生態與保護知識。
計劃期間自2025年3月至2026年3月，為期一年。透過師生共同參與，不僅強化教育成效，也培養學生對海洋環境的關懷與科學素養，展現國際扶輪「服務社會、啟發下一代」的核心精神。
This program is a Global Grant service project jointly executed by the Rotary Club of Taipei East and the Rotary Club of Kowloon East, Hong Kong, to promote ocean science education and environmental protection awareness. The project commissioned the "Taiwan Ocean Science Education Promotion Association" to assist school teachers with professional knowledge training and to design and implement relevant curricula, allowing students to learn about marine ecology and conservation knowledge.
The program runs for one year, from March 2025 to March 2026. Through the joint participation of teachers and students, the program not only enhances educational effectiveness but also cultivates students' concern for the marine environment and their scientific literacy, embodying the core spirit of Rotary International: "Service to Society, Inspiring the Next Generation."
本計画は、台北東区ロータリークラブと香港九龍東ロータリークラブが共同で実施するグローバル補助金サービスプログラムであり、海洋科学教育と環境保護意識の普及を目的としています。計画では、「台湾海洋科学教育振興協会」に学校教員への専門知識育成の支援、および関連カリキュラムの設計と実施を委託し、生徒が海洋生態と保護の知識を学べるようにします。
計画期間は2025年3月から2026年3月までの1年間です。教員と生徒が共同で参加することにより、教育効果が強化されるだけでなく、生徒の海洋環境への関心と科学的リテラシーが育まれ、国際ロータリーの「社会奉仕、次世代の啓発」という核心的な精神が示されます。
