「彩繪淡水」由台北滬尾扶輪社主辦，台北東區扶輪社及其他友社長年協辦，參與的一分區扶輪社包括東區社、仁愛社、博愛社、大仁社、滬尾社、華新社、松仁社、松智社、華仁社及東曜社。
活動自創辦以來，期望孩子們透過畫筆描繪淡水古蹟與風景，留下對家鄉的美好印象，也希望在3C充斥的時代，孩子能放下手機，用觀察與創作表達生活之美。現場更成為親子共學的溫馨時光，增進親子互動並培養藝術素養，展現扶輪關懷社區與教育的精神
"Painting Tamsui" is organized by the Taipei Huwei Rotary Club, with long-term co-sponsorship from the Taipei East Rotary Club and other friendly clubs. The participating District One Rotary Clubs include East District, Ren-Ai, Bo-Ai, Da-Ren, Huwei, Huaxin, Songren, Songzhi, Huaren, and Dongyao.
Since its inception, the event has aimed to encourage children to use paintbrushes to depict Tamsui's historical sites and scenery, leaving beautiful impressions of their hometown. It also hopes that in an era dominated by 3C devices, children can put down their phones and express the beauty of life through observation and creation. The site has also become a heartwarming time for parents and children to learn together, enhancing parent-child interaction and cultivating artistic literacy, demonstrating Rotary's spirit of caring for the community and education.
「淡水を描く」は、台北滬尾ロータリークラブが主催し、台北東區ロータリークラブおよびその他の友好クラブが長年にわたり共催している活動です。参加している第1分区のロータリークラブには、東區、仁愛、博愛、大仁、滬尾、華新、松仁、松智、華仁、東曜の各クラブが含まれます。
この活動は創設以来、子どもたちが筆を通じて淡水の古跡や風景を描き、故郷の美しい印象を心に残すこと、そして3C機器が溢れる時代に、子どもたちが携帯電話を置き、観察と創作を通じて生活の美しさを表現することを願っています。会場はまた、親子で共に学ぶ温かい時間となり、親子の交流を促進し、芸術的教養を育み、地域社会と教育へのロータリーの精神を示す場となっています。
